These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AceterView. By creating an account, signing in (including with Google), or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

AceterView provides interview practice and preparation tools, including AI-generated coaching content (such as prep guides, suggested answers, practice plans, and feedback).

2. AI-generated content

• Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• You are responsible for verifying content before relying on it.
• No guarantees of interview outcomes or employment offers are provided.

3. Your content

You may provide content such as job descriptions, resumes, interview answers, and transcripts (“User Content”). You represent that you have the rights to upload or provide this content.

You grant AceterView a limited license to process your User Content solely to provide the service (including generating prep guides and feedback).

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload sensitive data you do not need to share.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activities or to violate others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

6. Paid features

Some features may require payment (for example, downloading PDF prep guides). Pricing and billing terms will be shown at the time of purchase.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceterView is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
